The information we hold is collected in accordance with the guidelines of the Privacy Act 2020 and the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.

  • - Addresses

  • - Identification

  • - Billing information

We collect your personal information in order to offer you our property management services and meet legal obligations.

Besides our team members, we may share this information with third party services and government organisations, including, REINZ, MBIE, Tenancy Service, PropertyMe, and Renti.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.

At your request, we will provide you with a copy of any personal information which we hold about you. We may charge a fee for retrieving this information, in which case we will inform you of the fee and obtain your agreement to that fee before providing the information.
