over to us
Step 1
Check the management agreement between you and your current property manager.
This will outline a termination period, usually between 30 - 60 days.
Step 2
Sign an Orange management agreement and Transfer form, which we issue to the other agency on your behalf.
Step 3
We arrange the handover of keys on the specified date and liaise with the tenant to ensure a smooth transition and rent continues to flow through seamlessly.
